TYING A HEADSCARF BUN STYLE

Instructions how to tie a headscarf in a bun style!

Getting started, first put your hair in a bun or pony. If your hair is too short, or you are experiencing hair loss or balding from Alopecia or chemotherapy to treat cancer, you can still get the "bun look" with the hidden height undercover.

Step 1 Now fold a square Tichel into a triangle shape.

Step 2  Place the center of the long straight side (the folded edge) at your forehead with the two long tails in the front of your shoulders.

Step 3  Now tie those two long tails behind your neck below the third hanging corner -making sure that you are keeping the headscarfs corner free.

Step 4 Tuck the 3rd corner of the triangle under the knot you just tied.

Step 5  Twist one of the tails.

Step 6  Bring the twisted tail around your bun/pony/hidden height undercover and tuck the end under itself. Repeat with the second tails bringing it around the opposite side and twisting under itself.

You can stop after step 4 for a plain tied headscarf look or you can continue through step 6 for the bun style look.

So there you have it! Your head scarf all tied up in the bun style! Click here to have fun experimenting with more headscarves styles!
