At MyHeadCoverings.com we treat each and every one of our customers orders with the utmost importance and therefore ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped out the same day it is received, and if not, we will ship within three days of recieving your order. As soon as we ship your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email informing you that your order has been shipped. In addition we provide Free Tracking standard on all orders within the USA. You will recieve a Tracking code in with your shipping confirmation e-mail allowing you to track your order.
We ship via USPS and offer a number of shipping options at low flat rates for your convenience.

First Class Mail - $1.99 - You should receive your order within 2-5 business days.
Priority Mail - $5.95 - You should receive your order within 2-4 business days.
Express Mail - $18.95 - You should receive your order within 1-2 days. In addition, Express Mail automatically includes proof of delivery and a maximum of $100 insurance.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75 (via first class mail).
Orders within Canada
First Class Mail - $7.95. You should receive your oder within 6-12 business days.
Priority Mail - $12.99. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days.

We offer Free Shipping to Cananda on all orders over $100 (via first class mail).
All Other International Destinations

PLEASE NOTE: U.S. Postal Regulations require us to include a phone number on the customs declaration form for all international packages. Please provide us with a phone number so that we can ship your package.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances at the post office may delay delivery of your package. Such circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we do not process any orders on Friday, Saturday, or on any Jewish holidays including the intermediate days of Passover and Sukkos (Festival of Tabernacles). All orders made on these days will not be processed until the conclusion of the holiday. We thank you for your understanding.
Returns & Replacements
At MyHeadcoverings.com we do our utmost to carry only quality merchandise, and therefore we test all merchandise that is either received or manufactured by us to ensure it meets our high quality standards.
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you can return them to us. Items must be in their unworn, original condition.
How to initiate a return:
1.Call us at 732-363-1993 - if calling after business hours, please leave a message with your invoice number and the items you wish to return.
2.Email us at email@example.com. Please include your invoice number and the items you wish to return.
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you an email with an RMA number to be sent back with your return.
For a full refund to your method of payment the return must be initiated within 14 days of placing the order. Returns initiated between 14 and 30 days will be given a store credit. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

While we are unable to buy back any merchandise in cases where the return is not initiated within 14 days of placement of the order, we will issue a store credit for all items that are returned within 30 days of an orders placement.
While MyHeadcoverings.com will purchase items back from a customer, we cannot refund the shipping costs. Similarly, we are unable to cover the cost of returning the items back to us.
When placing an order that qualifies for free shipping, if you return all or part of the order and the total bought no longer qualifies for free shipping, we will refund the merchandise amount less standard shipping charges. Please understand that for obvious reasons we are only able to issue refunds after we have received the returns.
One Final Note: We do not accept returns on sale items discounted more than 25%
